    MENSAGEM PESSOAL do PROPRIETÁRIO
    Métro Rue Saint Maur, 3 rooms (60 m2), 75011, central Paris, a very charming and lively neighborhood. We maintain a very lovely, sunny apartment, 1 bedroom with a bed for two, 1 child room with an office with a computer desk , 1 living room with a couch (very good bed for two if needed), dining room table. Apartment fully equiped: with cable wifi internet, tv, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with gaz stove/fridge/washing machine/oven /nespreso... The apartment has been totally repainted, cleaned less than two years ago Two fireplaces (one in each room) and what we call a Prussian stove (ancient fireplace) in the living room. The window forms a sort of alcove. There is a wooden floor in the rooms and an old tiling in the kitchen and bathroom. It is right next the metro trains. (Ligne 2 et 3), Banks, grocery store, laundry mat, restaurants, gas station, dry cleaners, clothing stores, McDonalds, shops and many bars and clubs ( Two minutes from rue Oberkampf).
